If you know of any way to get it into LightWorks using either Mac or Windows software, it would be greatly appreciated! I am also in a bit of a rush, i have deadlines coming up with university and i really need this to work so that i can get composing. Side note: I am a Mac user primarily, although i am running LightWorks on BootCamp windows 8.1. I'm coming from Premiere Pro and i never had these problems, but my subscription to Adobe CC runs out in a week and i don't fancy keeping up the costs. I've tried to use the installer too but it doesn't work, something about being not applicable to my system.? Anyway, i was wondering if you know of a way (free!!) to import my 5.1 clip into LightWorks, even if it means encoding it to something different. I downloaded this and it doesn't seem to be working correctly - it doesn't show when i'm playing through VLC and i can't use Windows Media Player because for some reason i don't have it on W8.1. I've been reading about various other posts where it seems as though it's not possible to import AC3 audio very easily, and that you need AC3filter. I currently have an m4v file with a 6 channel (5.1) AC3 audio file.
